By accessing or using Bastion CRM ("the Service"), operated by Bastion ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
Bastion CRM is a web-based customer relationship management platform designed for contractors, roofers, property managers, and field service businesses. The Service includes lead tracking, estimate and invoice creation, weather monitoring, route planning, email campaigns, and related tools.
The Service is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) accessible via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.
To use the Service, you must sign in using a Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to access your basic Google profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) for the purpose of creating and managing your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your Bastion account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, certain features may be restricted until you subscribe to a paid plan.

Prices are in US dollars and may change with 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card information. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid subscription. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected]. Refunds after the 30-day window are issued at our discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including but not limited to property records, contact information, estimates, invoices, notes, and uploaded images.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
You may export your data at any time through Settings → Data & Tools → Export. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data from our servers within 30 days.
Business plan subscribers may create an organization and invite team members. The organization owner is responsible for managing team access and is liable for all activity within the organization. When team members share data within an organization, all members with access can view and edit that shared data.
Bastion integrates with the National Weather Service (NWS) to provide severe weather alerts. Weather data is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather information. Weather alerts should not be your sole source of information for safety decisions. Always consult official NWS advisories and local authorities.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
Bastion's offline mode allows continued use during internet outages. Data entered offline will sync to the cloud when connectivity is restored.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASTION AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bastion and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. We will provide notice when possible. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Coffee County, Tennessee.
